Born in Estonia, my family emigrated to Sweden and then to New York City. I graduated from the New York Phoenix School of Design with a Degree in Advertising Design.

     Work consisted of food and wine labels, promotions, brochures and logo designs for business stationery.

     After my career as a commercial artist and sales representative in the printing industry in New York and San Francisco, I found my life's joy painting Sonoma's spectacular seasonal colors.

     I use pastels outdoors and in my studio/home space in Sonoma. My passion is to capture the countless moods of nature and share them with others through my art.

     My themes are of the Sonoma Overlook Trail, vineyards along Highway #12 in our valley and Sonoma Square.

     My art has shown at Galleria Melania, Sonoma; Gallery One, Petaluma; Asher Neiman Gallery, Red Bank, New Jersey and Showcase Gallery in Glen Ellen. I have participated in group shows at Cline Cellars Winery during holidays in Carneros and April in Carneros weekends for several seasons.
